UpSkills Program 2008
Semester 2
The UpSkills Program at the School of Graduate Research is a series of short courses and seminars open to all currently enrolled University of Melbourne graduate students. The program is run every semester.
Dr Susan Carter from the University of Auckland will be running a special free session "Structuring Your Thesis" this Wednesday, 23rd July 2008. It will be held from 2:00 - 5:00pm at the Graduate Centre. Limited places are available, so register early! To register contact Sylvia Schaffarczyk the UpSkills Coordinator at msgr-upskills@unimelb.edu.au providing your student ID, name, degree and faculty, and contact phone and email.

Academic Programs for International Students
The Academic Program for International Postgraduates (APIPS) is a series of programs and activities designed to help international students and students from a non-English speaking backgrounds transition to study and life in Australia.
Leadership and Professional Skills Programs
The Advanced Leadership & Professional Skills Program (ALPS) is a suite of courses for graduate students nearing completion of their degree. These programs focus on the development of leadership and professional skills that enhance the employability of graduate students.
Weekend Programs
The Saturday Workshops are specially tailored for off-campus and non-Melbourne based graduate students.
